Thank you for buying from PDF Guides On Demand. All our products are digital PDF downloads. Nothing is posted to you.
Your right to cancel (UK)
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. To cancel, email hello@pdfguidesondemand.com with your order number. We will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of agreeing to your cancellation.
If something is wrong with your download
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your file is damaged, will not open, or is not as described, please email hello@pdfguidesondemand.com with your order number. We will first try to fix or replace the file. If we cannot, you are entitled to a refund or a reduction in price.
Lost or expired download links
If your download link does not arrive or stops working, email us with your order number and we will send a new link.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to show it.
