1. Who we are

This website is operated by PDF Guides On Demand. Contact: hello@pdfguidesondemand.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital PDF guides and workbooks ("Products"). Products are supplied as downloads. No physical item is sent.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you your order confirmation and download link. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown wrongly. If we do, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers via Shopify. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

After payment, we email you a link to download your Product. Delivery is normally immediate. If you have not received your link within 1 hour, check your spam folder, then contact us.

6. Your licence to use the Products

When you buy a Product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and print it for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, or redistribute the Product, in whole or in part, or claim it as your own. All copyright and other rights remain with us.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

8. Our content is guidance, not advice

Our Products are for general information and personal development. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you have concerns about your wellbeing, please speak to a qualified professional.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@pdfguidesondemand.com and we will aim to resolve it quickly.
